  Hazel was the perfect hostess. Nothing was a trouble, great advice on local walks etc, including maps & notes ( prepared by hotel). Breakfast was excellent, cooked to order. Room lovely. We stayed in room 1, in main building, great aspect, opened on to balcony with access to garden. Lovely guest lounge & bar area. Superb stay in tranquil g... 别人怎么说 » arden setting. And to top it off, the evening meals were outstanding, presentation & service amazing, new menu each night, with at least two fish - The service was superb and nothing was too much trouble. For example -asked for warm milk for coffee on first morning and this choice was remembered each succeeding morning. Local walks were helpfully printed for us. Both my wife and myself remarked that there was no cooking smell at mealtimes. The room was spotlessly maintained each day and used tea and coffee sachets replaced with same. We ate twice in the restaurant, the first time being for our 50th wedding anniversary and enjoyed beautiful

  Lovely countryside position over looking the small towns of Port Isaac and Tintagel as well as the Cornish coast line,, the staff were very friendly and most helpful,,a great place to stay if you want to explore the area from Bude to Newquay, also would be good as a location if you enjoy walking the hotel itself was very clean and on our recent s... 别人怎么说 » tay the bathrooms had not long been refurbished,, the owners go out of their way to make you feel most welcome,, overall would recommend a stay here i - Staff were lovely and made sure we were comfortable. The place has just been done up and everything is nice and new and modern. Even though we had checked out at 11am, the staff let us come back to shower after surfing. This made a massive difference to our day and travel home. The breakfast was also nice. There was free WiFi and it had a couple of pool tables which kept us entertained whilst enjoying a pint at the end of the long day surfing.
