  If you stand in front of the house, our room is on second floor to the right. It’s small, but made us feel very good and romantic. The view from our room is excellent.   The welcoming staff. Village location close to the sea. Good slection at breakfast time to cater for all needs. Room was well appointed and clean although a little cramped. Shower in the room did not work during my stay but had the use of a seperate shower which was not ideal as I had paid for a en-suite room. The breakfast was excellent - this was the only b&b that did not have separate breakfast tables and it was great because it was a good opportunity to interact with other guests. Kirsty was an excellent host.

  We really enjoyed our 2 night stay in the Garden Suite self catering unit at Hawthorne Cottages (May 5-6) so much that the one rainy day we were there, we just relaxed, read and enjoyed watching the field of sheep outside our front window! Owners are very friendly, breakfast in their house was great. Plenty of tips to go and explore the country. Close to the beach, 15 min walk. Close to Oban, 10 miles, 15 min drive.

  This B&B is up to date, remodeled. Beds, furnishings, linens, bathroom fixtures are all new, tastefully decorated. Pillows and bed comfortable. The owner is superb. Breakfast very good. Location is good for access to Oban, ferry to Mull, and day trips to numerous historical sites and the outdoors. I stayed four nights.   We stayed here for one night taking 2 rooms and enjoyed our stay here. We had 2 rooms, one of which was a good size, had an excellent tv and had good views of the loch. The other room was slightly disappointing as there were no bedside tables and the room was next to the road which meant it was noisy. Lochside is in a good location, on the shores of a loc - The staff were extremely welcoming. the rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The ensuite was imaculate and the shower powerful. The view from room 7 was simply breathtaking. There was a smart TV in the room too, which was an added bonus, with a very wide choice of channels and perfect picture. The breakfast was the best we had in Scotland.

  The owner is very friendly and helpful. Our room was nicely presented and very clean. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Would definitely recommend - Home from home. Nice house if not a bit remote.

  Loved this guest house, room was gorgeous and with a panoramic view high above Oban, and even binoculars supplied. Carolyn the owner had thought of everything to could need in the room, even a sewing kit!! She also gave us takeaway breakfast which was great as we were on an early ferry to Mull. Excellent nights stay and look forward to returning. ... 别人怎么说 » - Lovely B&B and our rooms had a fantastic view over Oban and the coast (what a sunset!). The staff were very nice and the rooms were clean and beautiful. We loved all the little attentions in the room (biscuits, sweets, tea, coffee and hot chocolate, shoe shine, sowing kit, etc. - far beyond what is typically found in a B&B!)
