  The hotel was very comfortable and the staff service was great, i have absolutely no complaints. Wpuld definetly go back. - the hotel was very friendly and the food was lovely. the hotel had a nice cosy ambience to it.

  The view of the harbour from my room. The hotel was central - very near rail and ferry links. The accommodation was compact and comfortable.   friendly and efficient, pleasant stay - although the hotel is a big old place the rooms were extremely clean the beds very comfortable, we didnt get a chance to eat breakfast as we awere leaving on the 6.15 ferry but was offered continental breakfast instead. excellent value for money and I wouldnt hesitate to stay there again

  Hotel well situated overlooking the Bay. Booking included continental breakast but we in fact got full cooked breakfast ! Very limited parking which LetsBookHotel.com did not say we had to book in advance however hotel managed to find us a space when we arrived.   Colin, Francis and the gang were terrific and very helpful re local info, restaurants, etc. We wished we had stayed longer. Nicely, restored large house across from Oban bay, just far enough out of town to be walkable and quiet at same time. Beautiful views of Kerrera and sunset.   This guest house should have a 5 star rating instead of the 4 it has. Absolutely beautiful from the car park to reception to the gorgeous bedroom(14) and the breakfast area. All spotless and a credit to the owners. He assured us that he would clean our room first in order for us to check in early. He also helped to carry our bags to our room and refused a tip. He was extremely accommodating and friendly.
