  The staff team really worked together as a team and it really showed. rom the moment we entered the premises - which were lovely - the reception team including the duty manager made sure we felt welcome.   An annual trip to visit family in Poole. Premier Inn Holes Bay is conveniently situated for our needs. This is our fourth stay and the hotel is comfortable and clean, and the staff are always helpful. On this occasion, our adult son's room was noisy on the final night and, true to their promise, there was no charge for a night with poor sleep. ... 别人怎么说 » The restaurant is hardly gourmet but the food is ok and the quantities generous. Although Poole is a seaside resort, the hotel is not close to beach - Staff were smiley, friendly and offered help before even being asked. The room was well designed and equipped and felt very good value for money. The room was quiet and the right temperature. We were catching an early morning ferry to France and the hotel provided an excellent stopover for our family.
