  The staff team really worked together as a team and it really showed. rom the moment we entered the premises - which were lovely - the reception team including the duty manager made sure we felt welcome. When we couldn't wok the television a young man came almost immediately and fixed our small problem right away. This is our fourth stay and the hotel is comfortable and clean, and the staff are always helpful. Although Poole is a seaside resort, the hotel is not close to beach - Staff were smiley, friendly and offered help before even being asked. The room was well designed and equipped and felt very good value for money. The room was quiet and the right temperature. We were catching an early morning ferry to France and the hotel provided an excellent stopover for our family.

Also very helpful friendly staff, we had an early start and the restaurant manager placed breakfast cereal, milk and fruit in an ice bucket outside our room at approx 2am for the morning for us - excellent service. - V friendly, caring staff.Excellent value.Super food and just perfect to b... was die leute sagen » e able to have a comfy room above a Loch Fyne restaurant. I stayed in room 4 at the far end of the corridor. A small double. Quiet, no noise fron the bar or restaurant. I would definately stay again.
