Proprietor Angela is utterly charming and dedicated. The room was gorgeous with a view of the river to die for, our meal in the restaurant was delicious and our Scottish breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever eaten. Ideal location for going to the theatre. Room was well equipped with lots of little extras. Breakfast was lovely. Owner was very friendly and helpful.
