lovely apartment with good facilities.cleanliness was good as was security. Convenience to centre of Newcastle. shower attachment was broken.no information ie map of area would have been helpful. Poor access mainly due to road works which made it impossible to get car near building to offload luggage.Unfortunately when we arrived the appartment was not cleaned from the previous guests. They had obviously had a party and the appartment was not an attractive site....However I called to tell them and a cleaner was around to us within the hour and cleaned. Other than this unfortunate hiccup the Appartment was perfect, this experience would not turn me off booking again. 所有 评语 »
Room was a little cold when we arrived, but this was Newcastle in January. Also there was no hot water as the system had tripped out. This was sorted out promptly when I called reception. TV was a bit small and with dodgy connection. Couldn't get dishwasher to work. Missing plug from one of the baths. Water pressure not up to much. Would still return and recommend though!.
