We arrived after a long journey which was held up by bad accident. Staff were friendly and welcoming and got our booking sorted quickly so we could relax and enjoy a meal and drinks at the bar. Bar staff were very accommodating and very helpful bearing in mind we were very tired. Any queries were quickly investigated and sorted. Excellent service and up to the usual standard, thank you very much.
所有评语 » Absolutely brilliant experience. Knowledgable and friendly staff, who welcoming and helpful. Cleanliness was second to none, restaurant very good. When my husband had a bit of a choking fit he was brought a glass of water without having to ask. Felt very looked after. Can't give you enough praise. Breakfast excellent too. New, very clean and equipped with everything you need on a stop-off, spacious, well-thought- out rooms with plenty of towels, pillows, plug sockets etc. Theres a pub-grub type restaurant ideal for when youre just passing through and dont want to have to venture out, and breakfast was excellent. Great option for the money. The room was large, very clean, the staff very pleasant and helpful, and attentive. They were looking for ways to assist rather than waiting to be asked, breakfast was great, and it was a 20 minute easy walk to the university. Evening menu was of the burger/pizza variety, but the chef special was a pretty good fish pie. Clean, nice new feel to it. Comfortable, warm. Excellent value. Lovely breakfast. Friendly staff. Good, cheap parking nearby which could be mentioned on the website as I almost didn't book because it says no parking which, in a city, could be an expensive problem!. The Staff on arrival were excellent, couldn't be more helpful.Room was very comfortable, especially the bed.Food from Restaurant was very good, and value for money.All Staff were very friendly, and made us feel very much at home! Would recommend to anyone. From the moment we arrived the staff were most welcoming. This was our third visit to Lough borough and have stayed in 3 other locations, and this was one of our favorites..I Definitely would recommend this hotel... The pillows were very soft annd comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful. I stay all over the world in 4 or 5 star hotels.....this Premier Inn and its team can be proud to be evry bit comparable with those hotels. This hotel is clean, new and situated in the centre of Loughborough. The coffee shop on the ground floor is very convenient if you dont want to have breakfast, just a quick snack or coffee. Staff were excellent-soooooo friendly and polite. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and the rooms were really comfortable. This was our first stay at Premier but certainly not our last. We were only going to be staying one night and so booked the Premier Inn as it was very cost effective. It was just as nice as a Hampton Inn or Marriott. Amazing value!!. There is no parking at the hotel, but a multi storey opposite with a max. charge of 6 pound sterling per day. Just a triviality - tea and coffee on arrival after a long journey went down very well, could have been accompanied by a few bisciuts! Cheeky!. There was nothing negative. There was nothing I didn't like. Not a big deal but we had to park the car in a paid lot across the street. Not having its own carpark, however, there was a multistory across the road. No parking was a bit annoying, but the local alternative was close and relatively cheap so it was okay in the end. It was all good. The only slight thing: at check-in we were made aware that we weren't on the £29 rate and wee paying twice the amount of some people. I understand how these things work but at the time I felt a bit sick. N/a. No onsite parking, but there is an NCP accross the road and its cheap!. One of the male nightstaff needs to address his personal hygiene. My only suggestion would be to offer cheese portions with the continental breakfast. nothing. Nothing. Nothing to dislike. Can't think of anything. Too hot when sleeping. Found someone else's sock under travel cot! be nice to have bottle water in room. There was no car parking had to use public car park which was dear. No car parking and not really much in the way of nearby signage. People were parked on the grass outside the hotel which looked untidy. More signs/advice would have helped. Nothing. All good. Nothing. Only one hand towel for the two of us. Reception area was very impersonal; room could not be cooled down enough to sleep comfortably ( we prefer a cool bedroom) and people in room above were very noisy - could be a soundproofing issue or it could be just some very flat-footed guests!. The room did not include a closet and a luggage rack. Luckily, we did not bring many clothes, as we only stayed for a few days, else we would have a huge problem. As the room was very spacious, these improvements can be easily implemented. No car park, It was the one main disadvantage. Local car park to expensive. I was fleeced every day. Not happy. How did you get away with building a modern hotel and not build an under ground car park ?. Other guests being too noisy above our room on the 3rd floor. Being keep awake by noisy neighbours with uncontrolled children (the room above) despite the efforts of hotel staff who tried to put a stop to it. I was disappointed with the evening meal (the main courses) which we found to be lacking in taste, although it was properly cooked. Lack of parking facility. We ask when booked for a twin room, they gave us double. No car park. Local car parks are expensive. A hotel without free wifi is always a minus for me plus the way the staff handled a problem i had with my wifi access code that i bought made my stay there a little unpleasant.
