Clean large spotless rooms, good location, reasonable value for London. Good advice of free parking by concierge over weekend. Good shopping opportunities nearby.An excellent room at a very good rate. Modern, clean, stylish. Everything was obviously of good quality. Very good breakfast.

Great to have a gym, all in al all a great hotel to stay in. room and stuff were top. a little bottle of champaine on the first night was a pleasant surprise.The whole visit from start to finish was a delight. I did not have Dinner at the hotel as I thought the prices were dear - taking into account also the amount of competition that is around you .expected bed to be bigger, found it a little small. room was plenty big enough to take a bigger bed. Nicely presented.Parking a bit expensive; £15 per day and we were out all day. However, I suppose we knew the car would be safe.Parking is very limited and had to park away from the Hilton at the Britannia.The location is more for business in the area, not close to downtown but still easily available via subway. Had to wait for room to be made ready. Told it would be speeded up - but in fact it was later than the published time.everything good except we seem to be queeing a lot longer in the bar when we had our drink in the evening. current renovations conceal entrance / reception, a sign would have been nice. Room Service menu not great!. The rooms could have been warmer. Breakfast is overpriced and at the rate we paid, it should have been included.low back seating everywhere is not very easy to relax in or get comfortable. noise of trains,breakfast in room barely warm and breakfast milk served in a glass tumbler try pouring from this receptacle.shower difficult to operate initially.The shower did not work, which did spoil things. expensive breakfast. car parking charges when Hilton London Docklands is free!.
