The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Great to have a gym, all in al all a great hotel to stay in. room and stuff were top. a little bottle of champaine on the first night was a pleasant surprise.The whole visit from start to finish was a delight. However, I suppose we knew the car would be safe.Parking is very limited and had to park away from the Hilton at the Britannia.The location is more for business in the area, not close to downtown but still easily available via subway. Had to wait for room to be made ready. Told it would be speeded up - but in fact it was later than the published time.everything good except we seem to be queeing a lot longer in the bar when we had our drink in the evening. current renovations conceal entrance / reception, a sign would have been nice. Room Service menu not great!. The rooms could have been warmer. Breakfast is overpriced and at the rate we paid, it should have been included.low back seating everywhere is not very easy to relax in or get comfortable. noise of trains,breakfast in room barely warm and breakfast milk served in a glass tumbler try pouring from this receptacle.shower difficult to operate initially.The shower did not work, which did spoil things. expensive breakfast. car parking charges when Hilton London Docklands is free!.
