The apartments were wonderfully well equiped, the owners seem to have thought of everything. The staff (Andrea / Gail) were also extremely helpful and assisted me with finding a good restaurant and with my online check-in for my flight the next day. The stay was very enjoyable, the rooms are wonderful, spacious, clean, and comfortable prefect for a short stay. The parking is very secure and cheaper than other places near by. Close to lots of nightlife. I shall be returning at some point.所有 评语 »
Our apartment was beautiful, i will definately want to go back here again. It was so modern, Clean and had everything we needed and more, Shower Gels, Toaster, Microwave, DVD Player, Digi Box, Large screen TV, it was luxury!. This apartment was amazing value for money! ive stayed in many places in liverpool,but none as clean or up to date as these apartments! I would definately return!. The member of staff I dealt with was extremely helpful. The apartment was amazing for the price I paid.Will definitely book again in future. Staff were extremley friendly, location was great and apartment was immaculate!. So much larger than a hotel room , very nice furnishings , good location . the apartment was very central, clean and spacious. had a brilliant stay. Spacious apartment within walking distance of the shops and nightlife. the fact we got upgraded to a penthouse which was quite plush. view of the docks, location from town, security and parking. how close they were to amenities and local nightlife. Nice and clean apartments. Liked excellent location for city centre, cleanliness of apartment, fully equipped too.The apartment style room instead of hotel style was very helpful. the apartment was spacious and well priced. the size of the apartment was fantastic. the space and closeness to city centre. The apartment was in a different building than the booking so she needed to do some sorting to get the parking taken care of. No, everything was excellent.Just a couple of finishing touches needed in the room, like blinds need fixing, but it didn't bother us too much. Apartment advertised with Jacuzzi but this was not true as it actually had a Spa Bath - there is a big difference between the two. However it would not put me off from booking again.Confusing set up when you first arrive. Make sure you have the phone number to call them from the front door. no food service. We were in a different building than the parking so had to walk 300m in the rain to get to the car...not as convenient if we had parking in the same building. This wasn't a big deal though. it was in need of some minor repairs eg hole in plaster, broken door handle, broken blinds and most importantly broken window handles which meant one did not lock shut. It was hard to find initially because cornwallis st is in 2 parts and this was not clear in directions or on the map used by staff. Equipment in the apartment was good for 2 but would've been insufficient for 4. Check in proceedure not made clear in advance - (nb apartment not hotel, so no "reception" in evenings). better joining instructions wouldve been handy. It wasn't clear that we would have to travel elsewhere to collect a key, as there was no office at the address. This would have been useful information at the start when the hotel was booked. It was confusing, and required us calling the number on the booking sheet, which we might not have had with us, or been able to get. It was hard to find the reception.Parking arrangement. Parking. there were no extra duvets/towels which would have been useful. there were no hair dryer.Although you operate a no smoking policy, some previous occupant had left the smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment. The jacuzzi and the heating. The actual building in which the apartment was situated was not verynice the telly didnt work. The hot water and heating were not on whenwe arrived. When we arrived, we found the kettle full of water and a broken egg in it too - meaning we couldnt use the kettle. Not a major problem but as we have children who still get bottles this was more difficult.beds are rather small. Location not the best but central. One of the beds was a camp bed. couldnt get tv to work and the apartment was not cleaned to a high standard like advertised on website. cleaners rushed us out before 11 am. but were there when we arrived at 2.45pm. the price. the way to get the key. the way in...We were meant to be staying in the centre but were actually in the docks. The only thing that was not good was that i was promised that my invoice would be e mailed to me lewism29@tiscali.co.uk i have askes for this a couple of times now and i have still not recieved it so i would be gratefull if this can be forward to me ASAP as i have to pass it on to the company i work for so i can claim for expences.

Group bookings will be cancelled immediately upon arrival and the group will have to bear the full cost of the stay. In addition to this, individual bookings which are made and later found to be part of a group will be evicted from their accommodation without notice. Stag and Hen parties and all-male/all-female groups are strictly forbidden.
