Staff were so good, prior to our arrival i had a few queries as i had read aome bad reviews online and they were so quick to reply. i would definitely recommend the printworks and have only good things to say about the staff and the accomodation.I'm sure early check in is not always possible but the room was ready on arrival which was great so we didn't have to wait around and could head out shopping straight away! we had a two bed apartment that sleeps up to 6 and were staying two nights.our .
所有评语 » Staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed with my daughter and twelve of her friends with another two adults for a birthday treat. We couldn't fault the apartments they were very clean and is only five mins away from liverpool one, it would have been more expensive going home for the night in a taxi even though we all only live approx ten miles away. My daughter has already suggested staying there on a night we are going to Liverpool Arena. We had a 2 bed apartment for 3 adults & 1 child. We had more than enough room, bathroom and ensuite shower. However would comment that not suitable for 3 couples as sleeping is 3 beds per room. We were impressed with welcome, size of apartment, excellent value for money. As it was unseasonably hot while we were there some fans would have been usefull. It's position was brilliant, only a few minutes walk to shops and all major attractions. We are a group of young friends, so the apartment's location just 10-15 minutes away on foot from Liverpool's most busy bar/club area was perfect. The rooms are spacious enough, clean and fairly comfortable. Also, the guys in the reception were really great, fun and helpful with everything! We had a great time and would totally suggest the apartment to a group of 6 or more friends. We had a lovely stay at the hotel in a comfortable two-bedroom apartment, close to all the places we wanted to visit. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It was quiet outside and inside the hotel, so we could also relax when we came tired from the conference sessions. Next time we would definitely stay there again. Ewa+friends from Poland. This was the first time me and a few friends had booked this type of apartment; we were attending a leaving do in the City Centre. This place was ideal for us to stay after the day & night out. The location was fantastic, the manager Paul was fantastic, the apartment was fantastic...everything went very smoothly, from check-in to check-out. -Owner and staff (in the office) were incredibly friendly and inviting! Very personable!! -Great location! -Great amount of space and light - clean and decently comfortable -great spot to come with friends for a weekend getaway on a budget with more space than a hotel and a kitchen - we didn't use it, but great to have a fridge and microwave!!. everything! The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for you-dead friendly. Location excellent. Spotlessly clean, beats hotels hands down-Not gettin ripped off on room service! Cook youself! Even has washer/dryer for your clothes! We had 2 nights -first night £39 and second night should have been £43 they took £40 off us! Bargain!!!. We liked the locality of these apartments as it was very close walk to a hugh array of shops and restaurants, people were very friendly and helpful, and our 2 night stay was very good value for money. I loved having two bathrooms in our apartment with loads of hotwater and fresh towels, couldn't have asked for more, would defo go back :). Good size, well equipped apartment in very convenient location for main shopping area and docks. Parking is open ground approx 100m away and is charged on 24hr daily rate starting from 08.00 at £6 per day. Booking form said office (50m from apartment) is only open until 8pm but in fact is 24hour on Friday and Saturday. I absolutely loved the printworks staff were amazing couldn't have done more for us, location was brilliant close to all shops bars and restaurants the apartment itself was lovely and spacious the price was a bargain i would definatley recommend these apartments and its all down to the brilliant staff. It's located very near to the city centre and we could see the Royal Liver Building from the 90 degree angled (i.e. “L” shaped) corner window as well as the Radio City tower. I quite liked the mix of the modern and old buildings in the World Heritage Site area where the apartments were located. Location was excellent for accessing all parts of the city. Layout was amazing, extra perk of the all around balcony which provided an amazing view and is is something we would love to experience once again during the summer. We will definitely come back, amazing value for money. The staff were so helpful and very nice. Also the apartment was lovely for the price we paid. It was located in the town, about a 5 or 10 min walk from the main st. Would be very ideal for friends or couple breaks. The shower was unreal. I loved our stay in the printworks. The apartment was very clean and the staff were friendly and always willing to assist. The location is quite close to the shopping malls and the calmness of the immediate surroundings makes it easy for guest to relax. Overall, the apartment is a good value for money. The gentleman at reception was welcoming and friendly, accommodated us perfectly, the value for money for 6 of us was amazing, cheaper than any hotels and big enough apartment for all of us. Close to the nightlife and trainstation, £3 in a taxi. Comfortable & warm. Parking - As I arrived after 6pm and was leaving before 7am, I was able to park on the street outside the apartments. Parking is close by but if you avoid the parking inceptors, you don't have to worry. A group of us stayed in the printworks after a staff party in the city centre, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The 24 hour was a nice touch. The apartment was spacious with an extra en suite perfect for us girls. We were close to the Mersey and docks, we were also close to the shops about 5 minutes walk to any of these. There was everything we needed in the apartment for the 2 days we stayed, couldnot have asked for anything better. Really convenient location for shops, bars and the docks. Cheap car park round the corner - really friendly people. Everything we needed was there incl crockery, towels, toiletries etc. Friendly Staff Lift Available. 4 apartments booked for a group of 22. Excellent value. Extra bedding etc was brought up straight away when asked. Beautiful kitchen and living area, well furnished, comfy beds. Walking distance to everywhere. Staff made us feel very welcome as soon as we turned up and the apartment was great for our weekend in Liverpool, will definitely recommend to anyone travelling and wanting a nice stay in Liverpool!. The staff at the Printworks are exceptionally friendly and always willing to help and up for a laugh. This is the second time I have been to the Printworks and will most definitely be going again. The staff was great at the hotel we originally should of checked out on the 5th march but stayed in the Thursday and it was value for money also they gave us a late check out which was great!!. Well furnished 2 bedroom apartment in central location at a great price. Friendly staff. Bar area downstairs (in Pod building) willing to provide ice and store luggage. Spacious rooms, lots of clean white towels, beds & bedding satisfactory, kitchen well equipped, close to the shops and walking distance to all tourist attractions. The lay out worked well for 6 adults Good Amenities in the room. the only thing i can say is that although there was two bathrooms there was only one shower which wasn't a big deal but with 6 girls it just meant getting ready took a bit of time!. Nothing. Apartment showing signs of wear & tear but not unexpected for the price we paid. Noisy neighbours in apartment in opposite block one night. Maybe security should have intervened but we did not complain. Having said that the fault lies with the inconsiderate guests. I did not expect a city address to be quiet !. We stayed at the penthouse, where there was a very small problem with the heating but nothing too negative. Besides, the bed covers are more than warm. Also the penthouse as an apartment is a bit tight in its halls and bathrooms in contrast with the bedrooms which are quite spacious but again, nothing too negative. Overall, it's a great place to stay in Liverpool!. Nothing to dislike. -We couldn't access the internet from our room, and weren't given any information about it upon arrival. -No tv remote -hallways and elevators smelled of smoke and harsh cleaning products at all hours of the day and night - probably because there were workmen and the hotel was due to open, which most likely wouldn't be the case in the future, so we definitely don't hold that against them!! Would love to stay in the print works building next time. The apartment we stayed in needs some tlc. Missing knobs on cooker hob; cracked glass in lounge picture window; broken sofa bed. Very noisy from other guests particularly when using stairwell. The strange thing was that there were 6 bedspaces between the two bedrooms but only 3 dining room chairs! From a professional point of view the automatic fire detection and means of escape were adequate and will have met the building regulations at the time they were built but not the more modern LACORS fire safety guidance for a HMO of this type (as is true of so many places). There was no user manual for the washing machine. Couldn't fault a thing besides the balcony door which are currently in the process of being fixed and was explained to us straight away. Able to hear other travellers in corridor, but they were pretty quiet thanks to the "No noise policy", so wasn't so bad. I'd stay again. The only slight criticism is the lighting isn't great for doing makeup. I would take a hand held mirror. Beds a little hard but were ok for short time stay. Apartments looked a little tired in places but for the value you can't really complain and they were only minor cosmetic things. Having to come home!. Neighbours on our last night!!. Very minor issues/improvements - some towel rails or hooks in bathroom or on backs of doors would be useful. Bedroom blinds/curtains let in light causing kids to wake early (think they were missing one of the vertical strips). Some noise from penthouse, no wardrobe, mirror or drawers in 2nd bedroom, had to ask and got very small chest of drawers. Left clothes in suitcase. Small round table and 2 chairs not suitable for 6 to dine, ate off lap. Not good. Nothing.. Couldnt fault anything. Appartments currently been done up so will be fab when complete. Two suggestions please don't put family in apartment next to a hen party group, it was the last night of our stay but not a good idea. Might be worth considering putting tea, coffee, milk in each apartment as this gives customers a chance to organise to get bits in themselves. Due to exceptional high temperatures during our stay the rooms were very warm at night. But this would not normally be a problem in Liverpool. Bathroom - mirror only. Nowhere to put your stuff - and mirror mounted high . That's it. Street was fairly rough looking. Covered in broken glass and used condoms and rubbish but this cant really be helped by Print works, council should clean it up as it is a great location. the area is a little run down and wouldn't like to be out on my own at night. The view out the window. No staff or contact number in the night. Was suppose to be anti party building but was awoke at 2.30 till 6.00, while the neighbours partied. Not good with young children. No hot water in evening and needs TLC. Broken floor tiles, damage here & there from previous occupants. Noisy neighbours banged on our door during the night. Temperamental hot water!. Although we had booked for 3 people on arrival we had one twin room, this meant one person sleeping on the sofabed. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Non double glazed windows also meant we were disturbed throughout the night. 6 tiles in bathroom broken.
