The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. Breakfast was fantastic. Smooth, easy process for us.
The complimentary champagne on our first night was unexpected and greatly appreciated.
We were on our honeymoon and "splashing out" as a one off but the one off will be our first choice anytime we are in London.
