  It was our first time away as a couple and we really enjoyed our time at the Ramleh, Kay telephoned me the day before to check arrival time and was waiting for us with the door open. Lovely clean and comfortable room with stunning sea views would definitely - Kay the landlady rang me the day before I was due to go to ask what time we would be arriving which I thought was a nice touch. She made us feel welcome and was informative about what was going on in Scarbro'. Room 6 had fab views, just what I wanted, lovely bay window to sit in and watch the world go by. The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was cooked well and plentiful. Ideal location for getting around Scarborough everything within walking distance.

  What a find! I can honestly say this is one of the nicest b&b's we have every stayed in. From the lovely warm welcome and delicious homemade scone to the lovely clean and nicely decorated room and extremely comfy bed. The owners could not do enough for us and made our stay very pleasant and little chihuahua was made most welcome too. The breakfast was very nice with a vast choice of fresh fruits and cereals followed by a delicious cooked breakfast served by john, the friendliest host we have ever met. We are already planning to return in a few weeks as it was such a nice place to stay. Thank you mark and sue.

  I loved everything about my stay at Sylvern House, The owner was so friendly and helpful from start to end.
