The friendliness of the welcome (makes a big difference), the room (spotlessly clean), the location (lovely stroll to the beach or town) - all perfect. We've stayed in a few places in Scarborough and this was easily the best. Next time we'd like to stay for a week.

  The size of the B&B was a lot bigger than expected - Plenty of rooms.We had no idea how many people were staying there,until we had breakfast the next day. Lovely clean and comfortable room with stunning sea views would definitely - Kay the landlady rang me the day before I was due to go to ask what time we would be arriving which I thought was a nice touch. She made us feel welcome and was informative about what was going on in Scarbro'. Room 6 had fab views, just what I wanted, lovely bay window to sit in and watch the world go by. The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was cooked well and plentiful. Ideal location for getting around Scarborough everything within walking distance.
