  I loved the fact that it was a quiet and spotlessly clean place to stay. We had the self-contained apartment on the top floor which was perfect for us with three children.   It took me sometime to find a B&B close to the town centre with reasonable price and I think this is the best place to stay for a short visit to Cardiff. The room is clean, nicely decorated, and well-equipped.   Rooms are excellent value for the money and I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of cleanliness. Beds are warm and comfortable. Rooms on the ground floor along corridor behind the front desk seem to be in a quiet position, with no evidence of noise from other areas. The hotel was in an excellent position for ease of getting to Motorpoint Arena, which was just across the r - As we walked in the young lady on the reception was very polite and helpful the position of the hotel was excellent there is no parking but we parked in the st davids centre directly opposite the hotel and were there for 20hrs and it only cost £11 if you dont want to take your car the train station is only a 5 minute walk the room was really nice and facilities were very good already planing another stay at the ibis would reccomend value for money especially as it was only a 2 minute walk into
