Checking in was quick and easy, guy who served me was very helpful and polite.
Room was lovely and of a decent size: two double bedrooms (ours had a lovely view of River Mersey), one main bathroomm, one en suite and a large kitchen/diner/living room area again with great views of Mersey and Cathedral.
Right on Kings Dock, easy access to nightlife around Liverpool (which is why we booked). And great for spending time in Liverpool the following day.

The apartments were clean and modern and secure and had everything you
needed home from home. Had a 9th floor apartment with a fantastic view.
The chaps on the reception were really busy as there were customers and
the phones were busy but they were really good and still gave 100%

The hotel is located closed to Liverpool One and many attractions, including Albert Dock. There are many restaurants nearby, also some fast food chains and budget friendly meals (eg. fish & chips).
Parking is available in the building across the street with discount rate (ticket to be collected from hotel reception), if guess brings their own cars. A Tesco supermarket is located in this building.

Great Hotel, great location especially for concerts at the Echo arena, taxi fares from the Hotel are also very cheap so it's easy to get into the city centre at a reasonable price. On the Sunday morning we asked for more coffee, milk and sugar to make ourselves a drink before leaving and a member of staff brought a tray of tea and coffee to our suite - didn't have to make it ourselves.

I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent.
