所有评语 » The apartments were clean and modern and secure and had everything you needed home from home. Had a 9th floor apartment with a fantastic view. The chaps on the reception were really busy as there were customers and the phones were busy but they were really good and still gave 100% service. The location is excellent and for the price I would definitely come back. No complaints at all from us. Very well thought out accommodation. Everything you need, home from home. Staff were very helpful and gave advice on the phone on how to get there when the sat nav was trying to send me onto a pedestrian way. Very efficient friendly check in too. Ideal position too, if you are on a city break. First time had stayed in the city centre and will certainly be returning. Loved the keen pricing for 4 star accommodation - faultless and very welcome after a long day's travelling. Excellent, warm, friendly but also discrete and professional service. I don't think I have ever slept so well away from home. Great, reasonably-priced food at Brown's next door and stunning views over the water and the second best city in the world!. Clean and comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff on reception. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet - hardly any sound from outside and none from other residents. In the heart of a vibrant and bustling city with restaurants, shops, entertainment close at hand. Street musicians everywhere. Convenient for public transport. - The location is excellent, in the pedestrian precinct and shopping area so everything is in walking distance. - There was nice view from the big windows to Liverpool Cathedral. - The apartment is really spacious. - The kitchen is equipped with almost everything to eat and cook: plates, pots, pans, even a steamer. The location of the apartment couldn't have been better. When we stepped out of the front door we were just yards away from all the good shops and restaurants. Unlike a hotel room, we were able to spread out and relax. No meal times to adhere to and a fully equipped kitchen, if required. Great location, friendly staff.... a great little apartment. Was more like staying at a friends flat than a hotel, just about everything you could think of was there. I would recomend this to anyone & i will be using them again in the future !. The location is perfect, inside the shopping center and close to the docks but still quiet and private. Rooms are divided into living room, bedroom and etc., very home-like, spacious, and definitely the best choice for family or friends. the location was great in the middle of city centre were shooping is there and resturants. the staff were helpful and nice and the apartment is perfect with good house cleaning. i will defenitely rebook in bridgetstreet apartments. Quality inclusions, clean, very comfortable, ideally situated in the city centre amidst shops & restaurants, with the sights of the city on your doorstep. Checking in easy & efficient, staff were friendly & helpful. Location is perfect. Above all the great shops in Liverpool One. Good if your a family on holiday. Our appartment had three bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for two adults and two teenagers. Like a home, more than a hotel. Excellent location, staff were extremely welcoming and accomodating and even accomodated a late request to have 2 room close together for graduation ceremony. I was completely bowled over by the quality of Bridgestreet at Liverpool One. I will definitely be staying there again this year. The facilities, staff and location were second to none. I have stayed here before and know its clean, spacious and comfortable. Car parking is very convenient and its perfect for me with my older children for a shopping and dining weekend. It was close to everything and the apartment was just lovely, exactly like the pictures, I will be staying again when I come and visit liverpool again. Good facilities , the hotel is located in market street , good for shopping. Car parking was available. The hotel is comfortable and tidy. Will def be back to stay with my wife! Great location if travelling by train or on foot, little more tricky with the car. But worth it. We stay in the apartments every time we stop over in Liverpool and i would recomend the place to everyone , everything is top class !!. Location is central on pedestrian zone and the car park is under the building - easy to get luggage off the car and to the lift. Everything is on your door step, shops, bars and restaurants. If you want more space than a hotel this is great for the price. The apartments were very nice and clean, and the kitchen had all the facilities you would need, very pleased with my stay. It was all fantastic highly recommended!!. Not a dislike..but a word of advice to other less abled visitors. Car parking is limited and we had to park in one of the q parks, not a problem for us as we didnt mind the walk and managed to take every thing in one go. Well worth remembering though, if you have a lot of stuff to carry or even slightly disabled! With the voucher we received at reception for the car park the charge was still £9 for overnight parking. I wish I'd brought my family or friends and stayed longer! Slightly less value for money with a multiple booking; still very impressive however and I would recommend Bridge Street at Liverpool One without hesitation. The breakfast packs were slightly odd. Wi-Fi was very expensive. First of all, this is a great place to stay, I can just recommend. Just a few advices: - Security deposit (credit card or cash, no debit card) is required on check-in that is returned at check-out. - Hot water is not enough for bathing by default so take care of the envelope provided at check-in. - The outside is quite noisy, we needed to keep the bedroom window closed at night. - The doors can be kept open by some heavier items like 1 l of water. What's not to like!. Nothing springs to mind. Had difficulty finding the building, gps had us a good distance from our destination. Beds were not comfy. Too hard. Hardly no water pressure in shower. Difficult to rinse the shampoo. Too little toiletries included. Three small bottles for four people for four days. Have to pay for extra toiletries. No cleaning service during our stay. Takes away the hotel feeling when you have to make your own bed etc. You would have to be ultra picky to find fault with this accommodation. Nothing to dislike. The undergoround car park has a height restriction of 1.90mtrs so anyone traveling in a MPV/Van you will be dissapointed. The q Parks are plentyfull and are only 2-3 mins walk away but be wary of the discount voucher the hotel provides to bring your car park stay down to £10.00, our first one failed to work so having walked back to the hotel to get another one, the second one also failed!! Not good. Apart from that all was good. For two tall people the double bed is a bit small. Nothing, I am always pleased with the service and the apartments. Checkout time was far too early, needs to be extended by 2 hours at least. When booking you are not told at any point about the £150 deposit you have to pay. This cannot be paid by debit card, this was not an issue for us as I have a credit card but of you don't have a cc or cash you can't stay at the hotel. Bedroom is a bit small, just fitted a double and wardrobe in it. Serviced apartments are always hard to find, but when they are they are worth it. The staff are very helpful and patient with this fact and do all they can to assist. I thought the room with on suite bathroom was a little small I banged my knee on bed more than once trying to get round it,but that was only downside. I had no negative point. There wasn't enough hot water to have a decent shower and even with the boster it took a long time to heat up again . Our 150 -pound deposit was returned 8 days later although we left our apartment in perfect condición - the numerous stains on the bedroom carpet where already there when we arrived. A stupid little thing but stayed in room 217 and the light shade was in the way of opening the door it was really annoying but thats just being fussy. Nothing everything was perfect. Could do with free wi-fi. A daily change of bins and top ups of toilet paper would be helpful, especially with a young child but generally a good stay. the lady on the desk as we checked out was un friendly and very abrupt she didn't ask if we had a nice stay just a bit rude. only thing I mentioned to my man was could have had a dimmer lamp in corner by window of front room rather than over head lights and kitchen spots nothing else all v good. nothing everything was great. Wi-Fi at £10 per night, (complimentary just about everywhere else we have stayed in the UK). The location was good for shopping but alittle bit noisy area. The deposit of £150 is too much and they did not inform me before coming to take into account. Couldn't find access to card park. was very difficult in the end gave up & parked in John Lewis car park. Nothing!!. Very hot weather Aircon was noisy as an alternative to windows, which onl open a little, and let street noise in. Unimpressed by pneumatic drills outside in street 8 till 1030 two nights a the weekend. The bed could have been more comfortable, both suffering with a bad back!. Didn't really dislike anything. The only thing I would slightly criticise is the floors were very slippery so kept my shoes on at times which were then very noisy. Luckily we were on the first floor. We had a low room so it was a noisy from the street below which would be more of a problem at the weekend. Bedrooms were quite small, but given we were only there for a couple of days they were sufficent.
