  Almost everything...very comfortable bed.... Very clean- Location superb- Staff very obliging to me as I was there for a dying relative..went out of their way to be flexible as did not know each day how long I was staying.   A very pleasant hotel ideally situated just three minutes walk from Paddington station. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful and I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel after I checked out and came back to pick it up later.
