  Warm and comfortable with everything we could want. Stayed in Silverdale which was large with a gorgeous bathroom and comfortable bed. Great choice for breakfast. - Friendly atmosphere created by the staff and excellent servicethroughout. Rooms are very spacious and have recently been decorated toa high standard.

The staff were lovely, the meal in the restaurant at night was really nice and great value. I booked a double room and got a lovely suite which I didnt expect. Very good overall.

I accidentally booked a twin room instead of a double via this website, sent them an email concerning this error, and my room was changed the next day and I was notified via a phone call.
