  The reception staff were local people and were very helpful and courteous. the breakfast was also very good and was included in the room price. - cleanliness! it was my first time in a holiday inn and i will definately be using them again, staff were very friendly and helpfull

  The hotel has a new General Manager and I can't believe the change in such a short time...We've been before and its been good value for money but this time staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be going back. The reason I dont think the website is accurately reflected on the... 别人怎么说 » website is because based on this visit it is much - Although the hotel was a little tired looking it was very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast and dinner were bothexcellent especially the breakfast, especially breakfast which was outstanding. The pool and leisure facilities were also excellent and kept very clean. We are certainly planning a return visit in the near future.
