  The staff was excellent especially Claudia-who was exceedingly helpful in finding a tour for us to the Highlands and Loch Ness last minute. The tour left very early and she arranged for an early breakfast even though they weren't open for breakfast yet. Very pleased with its location within walking distance to the Edinburgh Castle, parks, convenie... 别人怎么说 » nce store, the Old City, Hop on Hop Off Tours etc. I would recommend this hotel. Breakfast was a also delightful-they had continental, and traditional - Friendly staff & room (No,10) was clean, bright & comfortable with nice touches to enhance its ambience (sweets, tea/coffee & cushions on the bed). Room overlooked a shrubbery & had benefit of afternoon sun.Bathroom was excellent. Good choice at breakfast. Good location within walking distance from shopping area & restaurants. Would use again & would recommend
