  It is a suite hotel less than a ten minute walk from the main Railway Station and ten seconds off the Royal Mile. Our suite was actually a fully equipped apartment with dishwasher, microwave kitchen sink refrigerator and plenty of kitchen utensils. However, you will surely need to take a cab from the Metro to the Hotel (if carrying heavy luggage) 2nd option would be to climb around 108 steps towards the hotel (from the metro station).   The older gentleman working in the reception was a perfect example of hospitality and he also seemed to have a great knowledge of Edinburgh, which he shared generously.
