We liked the fact that we didn't have to go far to get something to eat and drink without having to go into the city. The room was by clean and tidy and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfasts were more than ample and all the staff I both the hotel and restaurant were very helpful, cheerful and very welcoming. The staff were lovely, especially the girl on late shift. She was as excited as I was about my son's graduation. Also the room was lovely and clean. Super fresh sheets.
所有评语 » Excellent hotel with fabulous staff. Rooms are exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Very central to visiting local attractions and Dundee City centre. Top marks!. Quiet at night to sleep. Comfy beds. The breakfast was excellent even although we read the reviews as not so good. the staff couldn't do enough to help us. I liked everything about our stay at Dundee north we had a fantastic stay & staff were very helpful & friendly a overall enjoyment. Staff were friendly but not over the top. The room was really quiet and comfortable. Parking was excellent, right outside the front door. The staff polite,and nothing was too much to ask..Room comfortable and bright..Would recommend this Premier Inn... The staff were really friendly and helpful at both the hotel and at the restaurant and everything was close by N. The receptionist was very warm and facilities as well as the location was family friendly and relaxing. convenient/clean/food excellent/ location great with park next door/cinema next door. Very comfortable bed. Although close to A90 was quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Location dining facilitioes nearby cinema next door plenty parking late breakfast. Clean & peaceful. Location good as we were attending ice arena... I always enjoy my stay in Premier Inns and this was no exception. staff very helpful room warm and clean price very reasonable. The Weavers Mill is an adjoining restaurant that the hotel use for their customers to have breakfast etc. However on our last stay we decided to treat ourselves to the full English option and were extremely disappointed with same. It was totally inedible. The breakfast bar needs to be open earlier than 8.00am at week-ends. We had meetings to go to over the weekend and it would have been helpful to be there earlier than we were. Problem finding the place as the post code was not recognised by Sat Nav. When we phoned for help the staff were able to give us an alternative code. This should be made clear when booking. On member walked in on my wife to clean room. my wife was very distressed by same. Room was cold thin duvets. Rooms were very warm & couldnt work thermostat.!. N/A. play area in restaurant unsupervised and quite scruffy cooked breakfast not very good for price. was a little hard to find, apart from that nothing. No room service breakfast finished to early for late arrivals. No plug near bedhead. Getting out of narrow bath potentially too slippery for a disabled person Crows scattering rubbish from waste bin at Inn entrance. nothing it was nice. had requested some time in advance for disabled room,not given had to sleep in foldaway bed as could not get in main bed due to my disability and ceiling light hanging from ceiling by one screw over foldaway bed,unable to see tv from this area. Noisey during the night outside. The heat in the room was horrendous. Need a fan in every room. nothing was negative. The breakfast next door. ...toaster took forever to toast the bread at breakfast!. brerakfast was not that great. eating facility next door poor. greasy spoon type restaurant ,breakfast very poor couldn't eat the mushrooms or powered. scrambled egg.would eat elswhere. We paid to have the cooked Breakfast but it a was a let down,I felt like it had sat for a while in particular the sausages were very hard. Being put in a room for the disabled; I am 6 feet, 4 inches and the mirror was too low down in the bathroom. No lust of ither restaurant round and about. We wanted an Indian but didnt know where to go. Was quite noisy post 11pm until 1am. The main doors are to the hotel are tired which is not a good initial feel. The pub next door is tired. There is no early wake up call. Alarm clock supplied did not work. Soap dispenser for a bath is not suitable. n/a. The food was not as good as other stays!. Location of hotel very difficult to find for weary traveller / lack of signage. Outside of building looking a bit tired and surrounding area very shabby. Weavers Inn very 70,s and in need of spruce up! Breakfast food good. Bathroom. The duvet was too heavy (thick) for the summer months meaning that it was too hot to sleep with the duvet on and too cold with no cover at all. The fact I was in the disable suit when im not, this could have prevented a disable person from booking this room. Being woken up at 4 in the morning by the Refuse team emptying skips outside. Premier promise a full refund if you don't get a good nights sleep, but when I told the Reception about it, I was not offered a refund!. Everything was squеаking!. Noise, everything closed 11:00pM, hot breakfast was cold by 8:45 even though advertised as 9:00 last serving.
