Good location, central to the town and the Tay Bridge which we needed to use the next morning and great views of the river from our room. Very comfortable bed, as always. An enjoyable stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Liked the size of the room and furnishings were nice. It was good to have bath over shower as you had a chouce. Nice amenities in room including big screen TV and one of the best baths I've come across in years of travelling - deep and big enough to lie in.

I couldn't fault it if I tried. very clean , comfortable and quiet, we asked for a room with a view of the waterfront and got it, breakfast was amazing,. excellent staff especially adam who served us breakfast; breakfast menu and quality and choice of food also excellent. Very welcoming and friendly, efficient staff very willing to ensure that you stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Pleasantly surprised at the general quality of the hotel. Big, comfortable bedroom with view over the river. Premiers Inn's are consistent, you know what you are getting which is good value for money. The room was quiet and clean. I especially found the staff to be friendly and helpfull. We liked being able to walk to the centre, train station and a lot of attractions. we were made very welcome on our stay here, nothing to complain about whatsoever. Location, Very comfy bed, Ground floor room-very handy as we had lots of luggage. Excellent value for money and a wonderful location on the Tay estuary. Great location for travelling and close proximity to important places. The staff lived up to their friendly reputation. couldnt fault them. Location at the waterfront. Very helpful staff. I thought all Premier Inn's offered buffet style (which I think means help yourself) but it appears not. It was unacceptable having to wait 45 minutes for a cooked breakfast. I would not order breakfast again as I feel mislead and would not want to wait 45 minutes for breakfast again. Only smoking facility was outside the front office in the car park. was abit expensive, and we were almost over charged by nearly £20 because the hotel were not informed that we had already paid for breakfast to be included. Nothing to dislike about this hotel; everything met expectations. We didnt like the road works but once they are finnished it will be fine. We use GPS to find places.Hotels need to supply a number as well as street name. Less selection for the breakfirst menu. Same menu for everyday. The poor selection of food on both nights for our evening meal ( Sunday and Monday). I little more expensive than the other hotels we stayed at on our trip to Scotland. Will be much improved when the current road and area re- generation is completed. Scampi and tartare sauce rather tasteless and disappointing. Dining room must be due for a refurbishment as chairs and upholstery generally rather badly stained. No air conditioning. Horrible pillows with ill-fitting pillowcases. Ran out of supplies for breakfast (including eggs and bread). The coffee was cold and the juice warm. have not found anything to dislike. Charged more than should have but after complaining, staff refunded the difference. Only one towel provided but again staff supplied another when asked. Room very cold but again staff came to the rescue with another heater. I didn't dislike anything. The view from our window. It was on to the car park and was obscured by a big van on both nights. I did ask for a river view but was declined. slow serving breakfast. The food in the resteraunt was very poor. The room was on the side by the road and the traffic noise was very loud during the night. But: breakfast was slightly overcooked and the cleanliness of the tables was not 100%. The 45 min wait for breakfast on my second morning. Total chaotic staff running around. Had ran out of three items for breakfast early on. Manager had every excuse in the book. Not good. Bed was very uncomfortable.
