  We liked the easyness to get to the town centre and the shoppingcomplex. It was a 5 min walk from the hotel and 1 min in the car. Reception staff welcoming and very helpful a smile goes a long way. Our dog Tilly was also greeted with a friendly pat and quickly made herself at home. We enjoyed a carvery meal in the restaurant for £4.50pp a fantastic price and didn't break the bank.

Im a frequent hotel user and tried most hotels so I definitely know the difference and what differs them from one another.

The restaurant is reached from the hotel without going outside, there is a choice of type of seating are within the restaurant, and the food was good.   Very friendly welcoming staff who couldnt do enough for you, room was clean, smart with extremely comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom the shower was great I didnt want to get out! Located very central to town- restaurants, bars, shopping but without being noisey. Easy 5 minute drive to countryside, 40minites to alton towers. The receptionist was very attentive and checking in was a breeze, she even called our rooms after arrival to enquire if we were happy and was there anything else that we required. The rooms were clean and spacious and there was a 24 hour bar and also room service which was a great bonus. Will be visiting in the future and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Derby.
