  Fantastic value for money, fantastic service. Need to think of getting tribute singers in on a Fri & Sat, this will fill Hammet house and make every weekend a fantastic one, £55.00 per person per venue with a 2 course evening meal would go down a storm - Very good restaurant, excellant food, friendly and helpful staff, great location.   John and Cean Potts run a really lovely place, we spent 3 nights here and wish it had been longer,they were excellent hosts,the rooms were spotlessly clean and the food was just the ticket, breakfast set you up for the day,and the evening meal was also excellent.Whoever made the comment about the photo's and pictures around the place should rememb... 别人怎么说 » er they are not in a hotel which is part of a chain you are in fact staying in a hotel which is someones home and we were made to feel at home. We wer - The owners are very hospitable and clearly take a lot of pride in the establishment which is kept very clean with lots of attention to detail. The room was a good size and the bathroom was updated and modern. The bar/lounge area and restaurant are very comfortable and nicely decorated.The food and service were excellent. We would definitely recommend the Carpenters Arms.
