We were so pleased with the hotel from the moment we entered we were welcomed by very friendly and efficient staff. The rate for the night was excellent - we will definitely use Premier Inns when visiting different parts of the country. Very friendly staff ,the children enjoyed eating at the adjacent Beefeater too. Room was huge and Wi-Fi (30 free minutes doesn't cut it with 2 teenagers!) was reasonable at £3 for 24 hours.
所有评语 » It was a great location for me as the company i was visiting on the Friday was about 5 min away. Great Breakfast,good selection of food and tea. Bed very comfy; bath AND shower above - often bath not provided in budget/chains; 30min free WiFi; good hair dryer; full sized kettle. The Beefeater was excellent and breakfast was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience, especially with children of 6 and 4. Cleanliness and simplicity of room. Access to Burton( we were attending a weddding) Breakfast was excellent. I like everthing about the hotel and this is our third visit which certainly will not be our last. Clean, tidy, spacious, extra towels, extra pillows, spacious family room. Price. Quiet surroundings, good parking,very clean room and helpful staff. room was good size, bed very comfortable, staff super friendly. Great sized room. Good bathroom. Top breakfast. Best vfm. The hotel was clean and fresh. Staff were very courteous. Comfortable bed and room. Very clean, Good bed. Clean & modern facility good value for money. the room was great it was nice clean and cosy. Easy to get in and out ,clean, good shower. Ideally located, and next to a beefeater. Cleanliness, freindly staff, comfort,. Friendly staff, excellent room. staff very courteous. Lovely pillows and for once the bed was comfy. location was ok, good food places and a supermarket. Its cheap but I would have paid more for a more quiet room. Clean and secure. Nothing it was perfect for us. Typing the post-code into a sat nav sent us to an industrial estate!. Soap dispensers - good quality liquids, convenient and waste free but take a lot of work to get enough to use in bath/shower (only a tiny amount at each pressing). Not being able to open a window. Location was OK for our trip to Tutbury Castle but not great for having a walk around. If I had to be picky - needed a road sign further into town indicating location. bigger lifts (four people with cases is pretty cramped). Post code is wrong. Difficult to find. A bit remote, but taxi fares reasonable. Booking name incorrect so staff thought I was not booked in. Fairly quickly resolved. Taxi ride from city,considering named as central. nothing. Everything was pretty okay. Nothing. Having to go outside for breakfast. No complaints. nothing. Room above us kids were running around until midnight, the air conditioning turned off and the room became very hot resulting in my wife and children a having a very poor nights sleep. nothing. Restaurant attached had service issues. Very delayed service and meals wrong. However in their defense a new automated ordering system was the reasoning and they were very apologetic. Lack of power in bathroom to use electric razor/toothbrush. Staff reaction to complaint. A brand new hotel should not lack such an amenity. No adaptors are available. Myself and my family were kept awake for most of the night by the extractor fan in our bathroom which simply would not turn off. We could also hear everybody elses turning on and off all night. We didn't have a pleasant stay. Needs better curtains as the light came through. Floors squeaky and can hear everything, very thin walls. Poor facilities in bathroom. It states check in any time after 2pm, but the staff were not ready for our arrival as the room wasn't ready. location was ok but abit out of the way for any entertainment. Lots of noise through the ceiling from footsteps in the room above and traffic on the main road outside our window. Its a cheap and nasty building. Didn't smell very fresh in both reception and room. Rather thin walls - when sitting in bed watching tv heard neighbouring room arrive back, next minute i was shot forward in bed! i can only assume their bed backed onto ours.
