  This hotel is a real find and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bristol. The location is excellent and the hotel has a real buzz. The hotel staff were all very friendly and very efficient and gave excellent and professional customer service at all times.   The room was comfortable and there was a heater which proved very useful during cool, wet weather. After checking out, I was able to leave my bag at the hotel until I needed to the railway station, several hours later. The proximity of the hotel to the railway station was a great advantage. - Good rate, great location, breakfast included (although ... 别人怎么说 » very busy due to wedding and Blondie concert!) Also, they take pets so we were able to take our Jack Russell. Staff were very friendly.

  Excellent location, large parking just outside of main entrance, well designed reception and huge rooms that could probably fit one more double bed in it. Tea/coffee tray in a room had plenty of coffee sachets and tea bags unlike other hotels that would only have one or two. Also, bed is huge, much bigger than we expected. We will definatley be going back, we only stayed for one night but will stay for longer next time. The room was very clean and comfortable and the restaurant was good value for money.
