Staff - friendly, helpful and pleasant. Great location. It is good location, only 5 min. Walk to lake. Room 4 was very new and comfortable and clean. Food was good and plentyful. Information provided re local area was always available. No lift - staff did willingly carry bags for us. The weather was chilly while we were there I would have appreciated heat in the ensuite. I did appreciate the heat in the bedrooms.
