Fantastic hotel. staff and owners all utterly charming, nothing too much trouble, food fantastic and Scott made sure we got to our concert on time. The room was lovely, everything you needed, and like the whole hotel, spotlessly clean, I do travel widely and use a variety of accommodation, but this is probably the best I've stayed in, 5* hotels included. My daughter loved it too and was made very welcome.
所有评语 » Always clean and tidy, staff friendly and discerning in the way they responded to individuals, ie chatty if you wanted a chat, willing to give advise if requested. Well cooked and presented breakfast. Well positioned location and parking a bonus.Fantastic stay at the Claremont, the staff are excellent and the little personal touches made the stay so special, down to the final day when the hotelier even assisted us de-icing our car - you wouldn't get that in a big chain hotel!. Scot and Alan made our stay with them the best hoilday ever ,they are so caring and nothing is to much bother for them ,it really feels like a home from home I would recommend to all Thanks guys mum and I really enjoyed our hoilday. Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean, fantastic breakfast, lots of parking and amazing staff - felt like not only a guest but a good friend by the end of our stay - can't wait for our next stay at the Claremont Hotel. This hotel was clean and very comfortable and was in a very good location. The breakfast was very nice also and staff were friendly. I can't complain about anything and I would deffinutely stay there again.All staff were very tentative and helpfull, they maid you feel at home. Breakfast was excellant and the hotel was very central to the areas we wanted to goto excellant choice would stay there again. Very clean, very well presented, very friendly, very nice food - nothing wrong at all. Even the bed was comfortable, and that is not always the case. Could recommend the Claremont to anyone.What we liked most about this hotel was the welcome and friendliness of the staff. It was a home from home, and was exactly what we were looking for. We will definately be back!!. It was a very pleasent experience in a quiet location right near thebeach, town centre and the bic very clean rooms and friendly staff.The friendly warm welcome from Scott and Alan. The room was comfortable and the whole hotel had a very welcoming feel to it.Cleanliness throughout with good attention to detail and very friendly owner who was very obliging in all aspects. I was very satisfied with the hotel - it was clean, tidy and very modern and offered an excellent breakfast menu.Nice and close to the beach and the town centre, plenty of off road parking available. Very freindly welcome from Scott, lovely and clean everywhere, good breakfasts!. nothing it was great. The only thing was some guests staying in the room next door returned very earliy hours and was not quiet.No. I would highly recomend this hotel. the sausages for breakfast were ok but there are a lot of better ones out there !. The outside noise may be a little loud for light sleepers. The shower was a little to loud sounded like a hoover but It made us laugh.the en-suite. We would have liked the bar to have stayed open a bit later. Early closing of everything. The only slight negative was the early closure of the bar which could have an affect on people with young families although personally this was not a problem for us.Rather noisy at night in the area round the hotel.
