  This is the best hotel I have stayed in at Blackpool. the owners are soooo friendly and helpful, would definitely go there again. It is spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. first class. - The owners of the hotel were extremely friendly and polite.   I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Blackpool. I stayed with 6 friends for one night and couldn't fault it. Having travelled plenty and stayed at top hotels I wasn't expecting much for the price we paid and figured it would be somewhere that I would have to grin and bare for one evening. How wrong I was. We arrived late for breakfast and were still made to feel welcome! - we could not find a fault with anything in the guest house maria who runs it could not have been nicer she attended to our every need when we arrived she greeted us in the car park it was not full so she even gave us an extra room at no extra cost which made our stay a lot more comfortable for a family of four herself and bill put on a lovely breakfast every morning for ourselves and the other guests i would recommend it 100%

  It was easy to find.The proprietress and staff were very warm and welcoming. Room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent (both carnivore and vegetarian). It lived up to a 4* B&B rating.

  Owner was friendly and helpful and welcomed us taking our dog with us. Good vaue for money with excellent breakfast. We were made welcome but also allowed to come and go as we liked. Room comfortable - Felt like another home, staff were excellent, it was clean and we were made to feel welcome from the get-go.

Due to traffic we didn't get to check in until 11, and had to leave early in the morning, very kind lady (didn't get her name) waited for us to arrive, then made sure we got an early breakfast & called us a cab in the morning.
