  me and my husband stayed for a family wedding for 5 nights.the staff were very accomodating,friendily and welcoming.when we arrived it was a hot day so they upgraded our double room to a much cooler and bigger room a family room with more space.very useful as we stayed 5 nights!the room had lovely big shower and even luxury bathrobe!The owners hel... 别人怎么说 » ped with my other family who stayed and even helped book taxi's for transport to the wedding.breakfast was lovely and staff were helpful and good serv - The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. I liked the large car park at the back which is locked at night by a garage style door. It is very convenient. The bus stop to the city centre is nearby and the buses are frequent. I was staying to visit my husband in hospital and there is a bus straight to the QE about 10 mins walk away. There is a small Tesco opposite and a Post Office about 400m away.

  We were very impressed with the excellent customer service provided. The food was delicious and the restaurant and rooms remained very clean. We loved the powerful, hot shower inside the room and the room as a whole was well prepared with tea and coffee and a clean, comfy bed and bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and would visit Toby Carveries again and stay. - Everything! Mostly the friendly staff who could not be nicer. They really do go above and beyond to make you welcome and comfortable. Spotlessly clean facilities, excellent food, warm and welcoming atmosphere and the most comfy beds (even the sofa bed) Generous amounts of tea,coffee and biscuits and efficient cleaning staff daily.Would not stay anywhere else in Birmingham. Second visit to this hotel and will be back without any doubt!! Highly recommend to anyone

  Rooms are very clean and nice, nice room design, private parking, caring manager Peter, funny kettle (need to include instructions of use ), not far form city centre - Staff and clientele were really warm and welcoming. It's a budget hotel so don't expect the ritz but I would definitely stay there again.
