Rooms are very clean and nice, nice room design, private parking, caring manager Peter, funny kettle (need to include instructions of use ), not far form city centre. Staff and clientele were really warm and welcoming. It's a budget hotel so don't expect the ritz but I would definitely stay there again. Clean hotel for over night stay, secure parking, ideal for football matches, welcoming staff, good food and sensibly priced.
所有评语 » Staff were super friendly and helped us by booking an 8 seater to the concert we were there to attend. the staff were very nice,,,,,,,,,,,,the boss could not do enough for u,,,,,,,he was lovely. Very friendly, helpful staff. Not far from anything. Definitely go back. Clean & Comfortable Helpfulness of Staff Delicious Breakfast. Clean and comfy room, good access to birmingham. The best pub in birmingham sotv kro . That's enough. The room was comfortable and well appointed although the twin beds were a little narrow. I liked the comfortable double bed and the helpfulness of the bar staff. Rooms were good warm, clean spacious. Staff friendly & efficient. The decor downstairs where breakfast was. Bed was comfortable, owner ordered us a taxi over the phone. Location close to where I was working. No lift to the 2nd floor; not advisable during football match for non football lovers, as there is a stadium next to and a pub downstairs , where a crowd of people gathering in a pub and lobby. Couldn't work out the teas made!. Room was boiling hot when we arrived and we had to open the window to cool it down. We also couldn't turn off the radiator in the bathroom. i liked it all. the bar was full of young kids and at one point were smoking in the pool room, was a little noisy from doors banging in the night. Nothing . The hotel is remote from amenities and at £50 per night for a single occupier, not including breakfast, not particularly good value for money. It was in the morning when I saw Birmingham city football stadium across the road and realised that this hotel is there for the football crowd or it would struggle to survive....in my considered opinion. I didn't like the razor guard still in the shower from the previous occupants, somebody's beard hair still in the sink, something VERY questionable on the wall next to the mirror (which I tried soooo hard not to look at), the tea and coffee not being replenished for the second morning. Bar and downstairs rooms rough and unwelcoming. Rooms difficult to get up to Guinness Lousy Location absolutely scary awful. No soundrooms! Haa Noisy could hear other guests and traffic outside. Sadly I will not stay here again. That their was no information in the room about if there was a fire ( fire route ) that the onsite parking was poor. Didn't even have a drop curb, bump up and down every time in or out. fighting through the smokers at the front door to get inside. Unfriendly welcoming, bedroom door didn't lock from the outside so our room remained unlocked until we got back from our night out, sink was cracked,. No evening food available Have paid less for better. Bar not very pleasant environment.
