The atmosphere as soon as you enter the foyer, the reception area and our room were all extremely pleasing! We loved our room, on the 12th floor, very roomy, great views, great kitchen area for having pre dinner drinks with friends! We would definitely stay again!. Everything was pristine, service excellent, food good and plentiful. The location had obvisouly been very recently opened and a lot of thought has been put into the facilites and decor. I would definitely recommend.
所有评语 » Everything, the rooms are excellent with good quality furnishings. Although we ate out the rooms are well stocked with cup plates etc even the kitchen knives are Sabatier as used by professionals. I liked the central location near the station and shops, the comfortable bed, the fully-equipped self-catering facilities, the pleasant breakfast room and the den. Just about everything, in fact. Very clean + Tidy Everywhere is looking very fresh The bed was nice and comfy Room was nice and large Excellent views over B’Ham (9th Floor) Lovely Breakfast Great Location. I love this serviced apartment. It is new and very high standard with the pice I had paid. It will be my first choice when visiting Birmingham. Hotel was centrally located, very clean, buffet breakfast was lovely and the suite was awesome. Enjoyed our stay very much. Very clean hotel, central location. Would stay here again if visiting Birmingham. Hotel was brand new , lovely rooms, great location, liked everything about it. Good sized and comfortable bed, super clean bathroom, the pantry facility . Brand new hotel Great breakfast Good location for shopping Friendly staff. Beautiful decorations, super clean, and super rooms!. Well equipped rooms and it was all brand new. the cleanliness. Info on letsbookhotel.com website incorrect relating to parking location and costs. We got caught up in christmas traffic looking for the location and it wasn't clear that the Staybridge was in a pedestrianised area. Even so consessionary rate of £8 for 24 hours still value for money. On letsbookhotel.com website it states there is on site parking and there isn't, you have to park in an NCP a couple of hundred yards away at £8 per day. The microwave/grill was difficult to use without any instructions. The main lamp in the room was hard-wired in front of the television, which meant continually moving it around. Confirmation email suggests there is free on-site parking - There isn’t. (However they do knock off a fair amount from the price of parking at a nearby NCP) Took ages to get the lift up or down, I think only one (of four) was working. Even though it is quite diffucult to get the car to this place, the staff id helpful for the carpark discount. Advertised as having free parking yet no parking at all. Not easy to find. No parking. Only 1in 4 of the lifts were working and it did not have its own free secure car park as stated by you!. the breakfast. Breakfast could have improved!.
