The staff were incredibly friendly. The Hotel is very well positioned with excellent links to public transport. We were using it for ease of access when going to West Ham for football and its about a 30 min walk. Excellent food outlets throughout Stratford. Very reasonable prices and large choice when using the Hotel bar. Breakfast very adequate (fresh fruit,cereal) before moving on to freshly cooked items which you can tell are all freshly prepared. My young kids and I stayed at staybridge suites in April and it was an amazing experience. Reception staff (Sophie, Timothy and Nicholas) were friendly and exceptional at all times. helpful and consoling after he advised us that our o2 concert (Rod

The apartment was perfect! Location, size, comfort, cleanliness and amazing views. I was bringing my children to see Pink at the O2 combining it with some sightseeing. My mum and a friend also came and spent the evening in the apartment and cooked a meal whilst we were at the concert.
