  What a beautiful resort! The pool is great, book a pool access room and you will be able to jump in the pool from your room. Gorgeous grounds and lovely pool, the tide was out at the beach so would have been a far walk to get to the water. The hotel is just on the main road, very easy access by rent-a-car/motorbike, taxi, or bus. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The villa with the pool view has separate living room and bedroom. The swimming pool is the best to keep you staying whole day at resort. Breakfast is very quality and fresh made by order. Restaurant offers all kind of food with a reasonable price.

  We stayed here for just a night so we can't really comment much on the facilities - we were enroute to Phi Phi Island, but we absolutely loved the stay. Patong Beach is a 5 min walk. Bangla Street is right outside and the nightlife is almost at your doorstep but don't worry, Novotel is very quiet; you'll sleep like a baby.   We loved the swimming pools and pool bar. Also there is a lot of palms and other greenery around and it is very tropical looking. Also we had a great welcome and our room was decorated with rose pedals. The resort is very clean. Breakfast was good and there was a good variety of food.
