  We stay in one of the regular rooms. It was actually nicer than I expected, and quite large for a standard room. I was happy with our room but would recommend booking one of the rooms with pool access. The staff and concierge were wonderful and went out of their way to help.   Everything! From the moment we arrived until leaving, we were treated in such a way that made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble, on one occasion our toddler had to go to the hospital, and not only Bank took us there, he waited for us (we weren't charged for this). There are good restaurants nearby and a 24/7 shop opened. Also a fitness centrum across the street. I do really recommend this hotel! Staying here was an amazing experience.
