  It was not too crowded so plenty of space by the pool. Beach was lovely. On site shop, splash world (children loved it). Landscaping was relaxing. Safe envirnment, very little traffic. Restaurant choice was good with local restaurants near by if you wanted a change of scenery. Very helpful staff.   It was an amazing experience. I was there with an 18 month old and staff were amazingly friendly and great to my kid. A traineee staff called Pui was extremely facilitating. I loved the property it had everything you could ask for. The rooms were always clean. Buffet breakfast had everything one could ask for.   Our room in this massive hotel was very comfortable and clean. We chose a family room - an L shaped room with 2 double beds plus a couch and kitchen area. The hotel has multiple pool areas with numerous comfortable pool loungers. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality.   It was one of my best trip/vacation so far. Hotel is located almost in a single island, peaceful and quite, perfect for relaxing. Beach was ok, the endless pools are beautiful, but consider we booked the pool access room, public pools doesn't mean much for us. Highly suggested pool access room! As soon as you feel too much heat, step back to room, and is chill ag - We are stayed in Sala Pool Room 3008 in 21 Sept to 23 Sept during my birthday period; we loved our seaview room very much. The resort are accerate what you see in the wesite. Everythings in our rooms is perfect. Althrough it has been told i will receive a choc cake but end up it doesn't arrive we still happy because all staffs in hotel are very friendly. The spa services are excellent; the resort pool are very good to enjoy sunset there so dun be missed. We will definiately come back next time

  Hi all, we've just enjoyed four nights at the B-Lay Tong, in Phuket, celebrating a birthday. The location was great provided you want to be on Patong Beach with all the people and activity that brings, that said it's positioned toward the end of the beach road so not as frantic as further down. We stayed in a Spa Suite which was suitably massive with a sort of retro modern feel while my partner's mum - On the edge of Patong, so close to the shopping area but at the same time away from the annoying crowds. The pool access from the front porch of the Violin rooms. The shower booth is all glass so you can just open the curtains and see the room while you shower Easy access to everything arond it (shopping streets, Jungceylon Mall, Fantasea, Simon Cabaret, Flying Hanuman, ...)

  The rooms were fantastic, we had a grand deluxe, the staff amazing so attentive and always happy and smiling. As far as location goes I would never stay in patong or karon , although we did tuktuk most days to patong I still love kata beach . I had a baby and staff were more then happy to assist with extra water for her bottles ect. The last time was with my wife for honeymoon. In general, I am very satisfied with the stay for both times. The facility is quite new and clean with a stylish design. I stayed with a deluxe room on the 4th floor with the pool view, but I can also enjoy a good sea view from the balcony. The location of the hotel is on the way up to the hill, but it's very convenient for a 5 mins walk to the beach and the restaurants. I would definitely go there agai
