  Very friendly counter staff, most of the time. Helped to call local agents regarding booking trips and taxis, as we did not have a local number. Has an associated bar just beside the hotel, but the associated steakhouse is currently undergoing renovation (as of Nov 2013).   The hotel is fairly centrally located and is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Jungcelyon mall.   A great hotel/bungalows!! The staff were friendly. The pool was very clean and we had the place to ourselves pretty much as it was low season. The rooms were clean and spacious. .   The location was great for us, away from the very busy resort but only a 15 minute walk to the beach. Bit scruffy but much more real Thai than Patong beach.   The hotel is just few steps from a beach and Bangla road, which makes it very comfortable. For the whole stay we didn't use Tuk-tuk even once.
