  The bellmen - "Patrick" & Naphat were sensational and extremely personable. I can't say enough about them as they truly went above and beyond.   The location is fantastic - heaps of resturants, shopping, 5 mins from BTS, 10 mins from MTR. Away from main road so not noisy. Great staff - we had trouble with our Bank holding our credit card (apparently didn't like us being in credit of all things!) but the hotel still let us into our room and were very happy to wait until the Bank sorted out... 别人怎么说 » their problem.   Loved it, the staff where great and I thought it was very well priced for a 5 star hotel, the fact in was two separate buildings didn't worry me at all... would recommend it to everyone - The staff are so helpful they really made our stay, the hotel is very nicely decorated, clean etc but it was the service that would make me want to go back.

  We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was immaculately clean with all facilities provided. The pool was lovely. Breakfast was one of the best buffet breakfasts that we have had in Thailand.   It was luxurious. I could watch t.v from the shower and listen to it at the same time.
