  The bellmen - "Patrick" & Naphat were sensational and extremely personable. I can't say enough about them as they truly went above and beyond. They were sincerely concerned about us and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. They both were SO sweet! The hotel was fabulous. Very clean with spacious rooms.   I like that the location is on Sukhumvit 55 (main road). It's safer. There's a plaza right infront with a supermarket, 24 hrs Burger King, Starbucks and few restaurants.   We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was immaculately clean with all facilities provided. The pool was lovely. Breakfast was one of the best buffet breakfasts that we have had in Thailand. Extra beds and cots were provided. Perfect set up for a family traveling with young children.   Loved it, the staff where great and I thought it was very well priced for a 5 star hotel, the fact in was two separate buildings didn't worry me at all... would recommend it to everyone - The staff are so helpful they really made our stay, the hotel is very nicely decorated, clean etc but it was the service that would make me want to go back.

  Hotel solo is a very comfortable, clean hotel. It's a good location, just 10 minutes walk from the BTS SkyTrain Ploen Chit station. The room was a good size and the bathroom separated the shower and the toilet. The shower has a really nice rainshower in it.
