someones picks you up a the pier so you don't have to walk to the guest house which is quite away from the pier. the location is good because you don't hear the "boum boum" late at the beach. it is 5/10 mn walk from the beach and center. the bungalows are simple but clean, the swimming pool also.
Bungalows were very nice and clean, staff very helpful meet you at the pier and carry bags up to the hotel free of charge. They also let us use the facilities after check out. Also carried our luggage back down to the pier free of charge. Very nice staff. 所有 评语 »
The steps are steep but for young people they are fine as long as you don't make too many trips back to the room during the day! Nice and quiet, great to get a few beers and sit on the balcony if you want a break from the party scene.
15 minutes walk from the beach, and slightly up hill.
You can still hear the noise at night from the beach bars but it's not too loud.
The rooms themselves are basic but more than you get in most places on Phi Phi.
Met on pier, helped to reach. Sympathetic, always ready to help the
personnel. Atmosphere of romanticism and rest. In tropics, it
isn't audible music from discos, thus it is possible to reach them
minutes for 10.
The staff was great wth us, they picked us up in the pier and they were always willing to help. Nice view, nice pool.

They carried or luggage from the pier to the hotel and then back to the pier. That was very convenient as the hotel is uphill.
The staff was friendly and the room was nice. Despite being in the middle of the jungle there were no insects/mosquitoes inside the room.
Room, pool and balcony were nice. It's sometimes nice to sit down and relax (in Phi Phi). If you like to go View Points and get to know island better this is your place.
Nice view and surroundings. Far from the night crowd beach party so you can sleep and enjoy Phi Phi peacefully.
Staff is very friendly, give us a great helpful, sometimes you can see the monkeys on your balcony.
Remember that you need to walk to reach this place. i do not recommend this place for mature ppl.

it's not really a viewpoint : the view is not nice because it is right in front of a man-made storm water retention facility.

We didn't see the monkeys!! Wear mosquito repellent on balcony but fine in the room with the net.
Bungalows are on hillside, the stairs up are a little steep.
It is a little rather heavy for the first time to rise in a bungalow if
it at top levels, but is trifles. Then even inteernsno to go on steps.
You have to walk a little bit from the center, but it is fine, because if you get tired, you can swim in the pool.

Long way to city and beach. Little too expensive. Late check out costs 400bht/hour. If you like to party at the beach this isn't your place.
This hotel is far from Tonsai bay port. When we first went there, it was really such a pain. Not only because the hotel is far, but the road is also slope upward. The stairs to the room are also such a pain. But fine if you are young.

Unfriendly staff at reception, have to pay entire bill before they give
you the keys to your room (rather than paying at checkout), hotel
overlooks a dam/water reservoir which is not the most picturesque
(large body of standing water with trash in it). Rooms that are higher
up the hill probably have a better view.

Breakfast not good you have to Choose Only one think to eat and if u want more Juice u have to pay.why we have to pay and u ready included in the room rate.. Breakfast not good, not good not good at all. The staff they not frenidy. Wifi not in the room u have to go to rereception to get wifi. In the night no person in rereception and key put in table that mean any body can take key to you room and i can do any thing to the room if you need help who can help you and nobody in rereception.
Over price, did not meet as promised, unfriendly staff, no wifi as advertised, pool clorinated to the point of poison, air conditioning barely worked.
This is by far the worst hotel I've ever been in, our room was so high up and to get there you had to climb up hundreds of stairs if it was a elderly couple staying here I can honestly say I will most probably kill you due to the amount of steps! The room wasn't very clean found a pair of old boxers in the bathroom and had cockroaches everywhere! The place is miles away from anywhere if you wana live stay well clear!.

Far to far up millions of steps to get to your room. The worst place
for the money I have stayed at in Thailand. No Free water at if you
need any after eight pm you would have to go all the way down out to
find a shop then back up the horrible steps. Hot place during the day.
Very basic uncomfortable poor quality mattress and room. Check out my
last review or easy railway for the same price and I could not compare
the two hotels.
The receptionist was useless when we arrived with torrential rain. The AC in the bungalow stank. When we run out of the only soap available, and when we asked for more, they said no.
Its far from the beach, dock, everything. Strictly checkin at 14hs !!!.
