The lady at the front desk was helpful. The room was clean. Phi-Phi island itself is fantastic and with no roads its very easy to navigate your way around so getting to and from the hotel is very easy. The rooms were clean and air-conditioned. 1. Good location near all restaurants and night life. 10 minutes walk to the beach (Loh Dalum Bay). 2. Free wi-fi. great location.
所有评语 » The staff were very friendly. The location was good !. Nothing...it had a safe. Location. Location is 5-10mins walk from Ton Sai Pier, ask locals and they will guide you to the hotel. Central of all the clubs and bars including slinky bar. Great Location!. Almost nothing. Location. Nothing. The hotel is close to the bars so there might be loud music till 1 am. The reception was not 24 hours and the rooms were out-dated. Rooms were dotted around the island in different blocks so it was a short walk to reception. 1. Room and window was extremaly small. I didn't see such a small room before ;). 2. Hotel is overpriced. We stay here just one day and after found better place for less money. very strong moldy bathroom. Phi phi is quite expensive in general. We paid £40 a night to stay here and moved on to Koh Tao where the hotel was half the price and 10 times better! The shower was really poor and they couldn't give us two keys for the room. We didn't want to spend any time in the room which resulted in us staying out all three nights until the early morning. So I guess if that's what you are looking for this should fit the bill!. For what you pay, it is diabolical! I know that everything on phi phi is expensive but this was grimey and we felt very uncomfortable. There was no window in the room so we felt like we were in a prison, and the bathroom was just as bad. Advice: pay a little bit more and go elsewhere as we did the second night. bathroom was very dirty. Everything else. Unless you are looking for a bed for the night to crash on after a massive party; do not stay there. nothing works in the place, water pressure bad-non. The place stands at a very poor level. the check-in lady doesn't work after hours, net is mediocre. The beds aren't comfortable. safe box doesn't even work. Dirty bed sheets in sand from the beach Loud Toilet was rusty and dirty Staff had so so service The door to restroom was locked when i tried to close so that i dont hear the nearby night club noise, so i had to walk to reception to open the bathroom I dont recommend kinaree house you can find better places for the rate they offer. The mould in the bath room coverd the whole ceiling. The noise from the surrounding area of pubs vibrating through. The mould and dirty sheets with dried blood upon them. Room was unclean, mouldy and in need of serious upgrading, eg mould in the shower, badly laid out bathroom (no shower tray). No windows so felt claustrophobic. Wifi didn't work properly. There is no room clean when we stay for 7 nights. The downcomer did not work . No window in the room.
