  The fact that as a returning guest I was upgraded to Executive floor in the Ocean Wing and that hotel had retained all my details from previous visit 3-4 months ago.I plan to return - Everything at this hotel was great.   We are very happy to stayed in this hotel. The first welcome was very impressive until the end of our stayed. All receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
