Nice (however small) rooms, big safe deposit box, cabled/wireless (and free) Internet access, well maintained and nicely decorated. Extremely wonderful place to stay in with the best services staffs ever. I have been a frequent traveller flying all over the world staying in 5 stars hotels. But I always book glow hotel when I go Bangkok for holiday because of it's shopping locations and their world class service :) it is great from counter to security guards.
