- Extremely friendly and helpful staff. (We checked in and out of this hotel 3 times and they were very helpful in ordering us cabs, storing our bags, helping us do laundry late at night, and even upgraded our room) - Nice, clean rooms - Convenient location. Good location friendly staff, rooms are comfortable if not minimalistic but have everything needed and I prefer this type of accommodation to hotel. The staff are very friendly the room was spotless, I will use again.

The staff was excellent,the location is a bit secluded so its not noisy but not that far from the crowd.the room is spacious and they upgraded our room which is very lovely. The hotel is a great value-for-money offering you almost a flat you probably got used to in your home cities with everything you need to cook and live. Very recommended!. Very nice and clean room, convenient location. The kitchen was well equipped and useful. Metro station is in ten minutes walk. Location close to MRT and aerial train is really good Big size bedroom and ideal I you re staying in Bangkok for a while. The staff were very helpful the hotel was very clean. The next time we are in Bangkok we will stay at the Baan K. Central location near BTS station and Lumphini park, (relatively) quiet, good comfort, large rooms. The space provided in the room was huge, in fact it was much bigger than we had to use. The room was well appointed and super comfortable. Five minutes walk to the MRT. The hot water is on and off and the bed is kinda hard but it's not an issue compared the comfort we continue received during our stay at baan k. Taxi drivers do not familiar this hotel... No map / lack of indication on how to find the hotel Slightly noisy as windows were not properly closing in our bedroom. /. The facility in the gym and breakfast can be more versatility. I advised the front desk that water in the shower was not draining properly and was told it would be looked at - nothing happened, as far as I know. No pool. WiFi free, but slow and unreliable. I miss the pool - especialy when it has been so hot in Bangkok as it was under my stay. But the price is OK for the lokation. Would like more choices for breakfast and lunch. some noise at night from street, room a bit dark, but I was on lower floor. Breakfast buffet could be richer. More fruits and some other bread than toast. Breakfast is very poor. outside was a bit noisy. The breakfast was fairly poor. very avarage hotel, location is far from everything, asked to pay for extra bed sheet, overpriced.
