  Staff were friendly and attentive, and room was spotlessly clean. Shower head was broken, but they sent someone up to fix it immediately. Pool and tanning area were a bit smaller than expected from the pictures, but it was totally adequate to take a dip to cool off. Had the pool to ourselves most of the time.   Baan Sukhumvit 18 is in a great location. It's 5 minutes walk from Asok BTS station which is very central. We got a Thai Sim from the airport (200 bhat for free data for 7 days & 100 bhat credit) so finding the hotel with Google maps was easy. The staff here are absolutely lovely, very warm & friendly. Would definitely stay here again. - The location is excellent having good access to Asoke Skytrain and MRT. From the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted with a friendly smile. The room although not huge was large enough for our five night stay with modern facilities and a well equipped modern bathroom. We were on the fourth floor with absolutely no street noise whatsoever. Price isn't too bad if you take into account the location. I would stay there again.

  Great, friendly staff. Owner was very friendly and accommodating, answered any questions and provided very helpful information about how to get around bangkok to the places we wanted to go, as well as making good suggestions for places we might want to visit. He allowed us to store a bag at the hotel for almost two weeks free of charge (we had a n... 别人怎么说 » ight booked there at the end of out trip as well) and even helped us with online check in for our flight. The hotel rooms were clean and nice and the - Friendly, helpful staff, great location, great breakfast included. The manager is more than willing to take the time to help you choose activities and suggest ways to get to them. I was so impressed I cancelled my second hotel and rebooked Bahn Sukhumvit 20 when I returned to BKK after visiting Hua Hin. If/when I return, I will have no hesitation in booking here again.

You - The staff were always friendly and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. The hotel is located very close to a lot of things and is almost at the heart of Sukhumvit which made it easy for me to move around despite it being my first time in Bangkok. Their breakfast is also very good and so is their food generally. In case you do not like the food,there are a lot of fast food locations and good restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. Generally, this hotel is very simple and nice.
