  Dinning choices were excellent, a numbers of restaurants to choose from of different cuisines. The pool was spectacular, I stayed in a pool accress room There a are 3km of of swimming canals to swim through. Beach was lovely and the grounds and gardens were immaculate - 1.   Beach was right across the street! The hotel was very quiet and relaxing. A bit far away from Khao Lak, about a 300 Bht cab ride each way. There were restaurants that were walking distance from us very good and cheap. The rooms were very large, clean decent beds.   Where do I start with this hotel... Absolutely divine! Beautiful hotel, beautiful grounds, beautiful food in restaurants, option of bars. In the middle of khoa lak centre. I absolutely loved it here. Fantastic place of you want to take children, there's a separate pool that can be used and an adult 'peace' pool that could not be used by children... 别人怎么说 » . Stayed here for 3 nights and wished that we'd stayed longer! Most definitely a 5* resort and highly, highly recommended. Also had a follow up e-m - I was there for my sisters wedding & the resort was amazing! Great food/service, staff amazing, fabulous views, swim up bar great & pool for kids so great for your family. My son loved it there too! We stayed at the pool villas which I recommend highly if you have kids. I would definitely come back & am planning to stay at The Sands again.

  We loved our stay, had a great room by the pool. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the gardens were beautiful . Being low season there was a construction site next door, but this was a minor inconvenience. The hotel is in a beautiful position , right on the beach. - Extremely friendy staff all over the hotel.
