  Dinning choices were excellent, a numbers of restaurants to choose from of different cuisines. The pool was spectacular, I stayed in a pool accress room There a are 3km of of swimming canals to swim through. Beach was lovely and the grounds and gardens were immaculate - 1.   Great staff, always friendly and helpful. Relaxing and quiet. Perfect for our family since we had a beach villa with 2 bedrooms and our own pool. Great breakfast included. Nice beach and spa. Short way to Khao Lak. Many pools that were always clean.   Beach was right across the street! The hotel was very quiet and relaxing. A bit far away from Khao Lak, about a 300 Bht cab ride each way. There were restaurants that were walking distance from us very good and cheap. The rooms were very large, clean decent beds.   Where do I start with this hotel... Absolutely divine! Beautiful hotel, beautiful grounds, beautiful food in restaurants, option of bars. In the middle of khoa lak centre. I absolutely loved it here. Fantastic place of you want to take children, there's a separate pool that can be used and an adult 'peace' pool that could not be used by children... mitä ihmiset sanovat » . Stayed here for 3 nights and wished that we'd stayed longer! Most definitely a 5* resort and highly, highly recommended. Also had a follow up e-m - I was there for my sisters wedding & the resort was amazing! Great food/service, staff amazing, fabulous views, swim up bar great & pool for kids so great for your family. My son loved it there too! We stayed at the pool villas which I recommend highly if you have kids. I would definitely come back & am planning to stay at The Sands again.

  We loved our stay, had a great room by the pool. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the gardens were beautiful . Being low season there was a construction site next door, but this was a minor inconvenience. The hotel is in a beautiful position , right on the beach. - Extremely friendy staff all over the hotel. Excellent kitchen but a bit expensive (for Thailand).
